FAQs
Your date is secured with a signed contract and 50% retainer. Once both are received, you're officially booked on the calendar! The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.
Credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash payments are accepted. All payments are handled securely with receipts provided for your records.
Travel within 2 hours of Boston / Rhode Island is complimentary—that covers most of New England's most beautiful venues.
For destinations beyond that, travel fees are quoted based on distance and any overnight accommodation needs. Destination weddings are always welcome!
Signature collections are captured entirely by me, reflecting my personal artistic vision from start to finish.
Associate coverage maintains our signature aesthetic with my creative direction and editing, but is captured by my trusted team members. It's a beautiful way to access the Love Photo and Video style at a more flexible investment level.
Yes! Every collection includes a pre-wedding consultation where we'll walk through your day together. I'll help you optimize your timeline for both beautiful light and natural flow, ensuring we capture everything that matters most without feeling rushed.
While extended coverage isn’t guaranteed, if we’re available, we’re happy to stay. Here are our additional hourly rates:
- Photography (Documentary, Film, or Documentary+Film): $1,200/hour
- Videography (Cinematic or Super 8): $1,500/hour
- Signature Photography + Videography: $2,200/hour
- Associate Photography or Videography: $800/hour
Payment is due within 48 hours after your wedding.
- Rescheduling (30+ days notice): We'll work with you to find a new date based on availability. If I can accommodate your new date, your full investment transfers with no additional fees. If I'm unavailable for your new date, your 50% retainer converts to credit usable within one year for engagement sessions, anniversary shoots, or other available services.
- Rescheduling (less than 30 days notice): Your 50% retainer converts to credit usable within one year for other available services.
- Cancellation: Your retainer secures your date and represents lost booking opportunities, so it's non-refundable. No credits are available for cancellations.
While rare, I always have contingency plans in place. If I'm unable to service your wedding due to illness or emergency, I'll immediately deploy one of my trained associate photographers to ensure your day is still beautifully captured. Your investment would be adjusted to reflect associate package pricing, with the difference refunded to you.
For specialty services like Super 8 or film photography that require my specific expertise and equipment, we'd provide a full refund including your retainer if coverage isn't possible.
Wedding photography and videography require significant advance planning and turning away other potential clients. Because of this commitment to your date, retainers are non-refundable. However, if I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, you'll receive a full refund or priority rebooking.
